Your mission is very silly since there is only one way to win which makes it very boring for the other, do something that most mortals can play and not something that I imagine nor you can win

Hi PhillySouljah, thank you for creating this campaign; however, I am afraid it's my least-favorite of the ones I've played. The terrain design is excellent and the ideas seem fun, but fighting AI-controlled horse archers is awful. [Mission 1] This was very challenging, but still fun. The historical tactics of striking with heavy cavalry while your phalanx lures the enemy in don't really work that well; the only true counter I've found for horse archers is more horse archers. Yet in a way I enjoyed transforming my army from 'macedonian' to 'persian'. [Mission 2] This mission was *much* too difficult for me. Even playing on standard difficulty, I truly have no idea how to beat it. I lose the majority of my army crossing the river, and by the time I've made it across the map to found a settlement the enemies are sending non-stop attacks of cavalry and horse archers (and their civilization bonus means that their units are both cheaper and stronger than mine, assuming I could evenget to Iron Age at all...). There is too much ground to wall in, there's no time to age up, they have enough catapults to break your towers, and I simply don't see a way to win. If you intended this mission to be too difficult for most players, I suppose that's fine, but if not then I think it needs to be significantly toned down. I cheated a couple defensive unit in order to beat it. [Mission 3] This was a much-needed break, and a lot of fun! It played almost like a puzzle map: how can I use what I have to beat each enemy? The only flaw I saw was that the hint about making different units to counter each fortress is pointless; again, the only counter to horse archers is horse archers. Regardless, thank you very much for creating and sharing this! Excepting the second mission, I still enjoyed it.

Sorry again for the wall of text; I guess pressing enter just doesn't work on this site.

Another excellent campaign by Filthadelphia. I think I most like the attention to detail with the terrain in this one it really transports you to Western Russia / Eastern Anatolia where this takes place. I agree final scenario is near impossible I still haven't beaten it on Hardest but again I know it can be beaten.

I have played your other campaigns. The Furthest is completely impossible to beat. Please advise on what you thought when you designed it, otherwise I'll consider it a programming flaw and avoid your campaigns when I see them.

Why is the Furthest too difficult? I cannot win this :(
Do you have a clip which you won?

I have finally beaten it. There´s only one way to do it, which is such a shame because it violates one of AoE greatest thrills that is to be able to pursue different ways of winning the missions. In case you still haven´t been through that lvl, you have to quickly assemble your forces and defeat the Brown Scythians early on. After you did that, it should run smoothly. Still, too hard to be fun...
